Confirm that the plugin is active, the shortcode is copied exactly and the page is using the WordPress Classic Editor content area. Save Permalinks after activation when generated routes are involved.
The file may exceed hosting limits, use a blocked extension or fail a permission check. Confirm the allowed format, file size and user role, then try a smaller optimized file.
