Country Coordinator Operations

An approved coordinator can work within assigned countries and permitted features, which may include events, itineraries, checklists, documents, communications, budgets, reports and country support. Global administrators retain approval, status, audit and override authority.

Yes. Multiple coordinators can be assigned with lead, operations, finance, general or limited permission profiles. Each assignment has its own status and can be activated, suspended, banned, removed or changed by authorized administration.

Not when approval is required. Coordinators can prepare and submit records, but authorized administrators review, approve, reject, hold or request changes. The decision and timestamp are retained in the audit history.
